we had a lovely stay at this accommodation. the location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and nearby restaurants. the manager, brett, was incredibly friendly and even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our special celebrations. our room was clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was updated, providing a bright and roomy experience. we also enjoyed the convenient online check-in process and the outdoor seating area in the garden.

Very good sized and well furnished rooms.

A flat screen TV, free WiFi, and a couch in the room, excellent and fantastic location. Decent size bathroom with a walk-in shower. Location not far from beach and village where reasonably priced and good quality takeaway and eat in food was available, the Peninsula Hot Springs and the Sorrento ferry terminal. Also, close to everything.

We would stay here again as the location was great...

We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend Moody's Motel. the guest room was lovely and stocked with everything we needed, plus it was bright and roomy. the location was absolutely perfect for us, just a 5-minute drive to Rye, and conveniently close to restaurants and bars. We also loved the terrific restaurant that offered delicious Indian dishes.

The staff was friendly, clean, understanding. The cleaner ,Abby was a beautiful person. The location was excellent. Close to Sorrento, Portsea, and Rye.

Proximaty to what we needed without using transport.

Filling the kettle from the shower, no ice or cold water in the fridge. Out door BBQ area needed grass mowing
